Phil completed his medical degree at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He completed most of his paediatric training at Monash Children’s Hospital and Eastern Health.

Known for his warm and approachable nature, Phil enjoys supporting parents as they navigate parenthood and their child’s health journey. Outside medicine, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his young family.
