Booking an Appointment

Paediatric Appointments

Paediatric consultations are available with Dr Selvarani ‘Selvi’ Moses, Dr Chuong Huynh and Dr Bastian ‘Romanie’ Rodrigo.

A valid referral from your GP, specialist, or healthcare provider is required to access Medicare rebates.

Psychology Appointments

Play therapy sessions are available with:

Mr Brendan Lee (Child Counsellor/Play Therapist)

Psychological therapy sessions are available with:

Mr Lingdi Zhou (Psychologist)

Referrals for psychological therapy may be made under:

A Mental Health Treatment Plan
A GP or paediatrician referral
Private sessions without a referral

Psychological assessment sessions are available with:

Mrs Siyan Zhou (Psychologist)
Mr Moses Liu (Clinical Psychologist)
Dr Helen Chau (Clinical Psychologist)

Referrals for psychological assessment may be made under:

A GP or paediatrician referral
Private sessions without a referral

Note: Referrals for Dr Helen Chau and Mr Moses Liu will be redirected to Pathways Child Psychology.

Initial Consultation

For first-time appointments with our paediatricians:

ASD Diagnostic Pathway Fees

Some children require multiple appointments as part of their Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessment. Fees are structured based on Medicare item numbers.

In some cases, additional appointments or referrals to other specialist services may be required to complete the diagnostic process. External specialists may have separate fees.

Counselling & Therapy – Vaishle Venkipally

Vaishle accepts both Medicare and private-paying clients.

Neurodevelopmental Assessments – Siyan Zhou

Siyan conducts neurodevelopmental assessments, including assessments for ASD and ADHD.

Medicare rebates may apply under Item 82000.
A full assessment quote can be provided once a referral and clinical question are reviewed.
Families may email the referral to receive a tailored fee estimate based on assessment needs.

Pathways Child Psychology Referrals

For Dr Helen Chau and Mr Moses Liu, all enquiries and appointments are managed through Pathways Child Psychology.
Families will be redirected to their team for fees and bookings.

Medicare Rebates

Rebates are processed after payment is received.
A valid referral is required for all Medicare-rebatable paediatric and psychology services.

Horizon Paediatrics is a private billing practice. Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and individualised care our practitioners dedicate to each child and family. Fees may vary with each consultation depending on the services provided.
